Decks, Porches, Patios, and Handrails

The homeowner needed a deck that was safe and enjoyable. We rebuilt everything with treated lumber and landscaped the surrounding area.

You can always be sure that J.N. & Sons Remodeling will build everything to code and to last.

This project resulted in such a great before/after contrast. Everything came together in a fantastic way.

This porch needed some structural repair, handrailing, and stairs. We wrapped the portch in Trex decking and installed aluminum handrailing.

Additionally, we build a new set of stairs leading up and poured the concrete landing for it.

In the end, the porch was revived and also made safe for anyone, whether small children or elderly.

This old patio and pathway needed some major work. The uneven slabs were a tripping hazard. We started by hauling all of the old concrete away, digging down the appropriate depth and bringing in and tamping gravel.

Next we laid the new prefabricated slabs in a perfect grid and filled in the area with river rock.

The project was small but such a huge improvement for this homeowner.
