Bathroom Renovations
We were contracted to fully renovate this bathroom space. When we started, there was lots of water damage and old fixtures.
We started by removing everything, including the damaged boards. We reframed the floor and tub area, put down new subfloor, flooring, a tub and tub surround, and completely replumbed everything down to the sewer stack.Â
The new space came together beautifully with clean new fixtures, a rustic vanity, shower doors, and overall just a great new look.
Bathroom Installations
This homeowner needed a 2nd bathroom installed in their home. We took down the existing walls and reframed the bedroom and bathroom.
The existing bathroom was converted to a master bathroom and we installed hookups for the washer/dryer. The new bathroom became the primary bathroom where we even installed a small corner shower.
The functionality that was gained was just as great as the fresh, new look. It was our pleasure to bring quality and practicality to this house.
